Basket funnel redevelopment

This screen shows a basic view of the simplified basket funnel used on the Cox & Cox website following significant testing and analysis. Working with AWA Digital, and tasked with reducing the total number of bounces whilst increasing the volume of conversions, we identified potential improvements by removing a whole step in the process, keeping the customer within the same browser window and utilising basic UI improvements across the process. The resulting improvements generated around a 15% uplift in performance.
