The Key to a successful Welcome program is to deliver key messages across 3 or more campaigns reassuring the customer of the reliability, product quality and simplicity of buying from you. (For example, highlighting, Trustpilot reviews, Customer service links or educational articles)
Second or third stage emails can now offer links to products, Social Media channels and delivery options before further emails where you can begin to introduce 'first order' discounts or FREE delivery.
